Ema Stylz LLC (“Company,” “Salon,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) strives to provide high-quality professional hairstyling services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which a Client (“you”) may be eligible for a refund. By booking or receiving services from the Company, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility for Refund
1.1. Clients may request a refund within 24 hours of receiving a hairstyling service if they are dissatisfied with the results.
1.2. To qualify for a refund, the Client must:

Submit a written complaint to the Company within 24 hours of the appointment.

Remove the installed hairstyle in its entirety.

Return any hair extensions, wigs, or products supplied or installed by the Company.
2. Conditions for Refund
2.1. Refunds will not be issued if the Client retains the hairstyle, extensions, wigs, or products after making a complaint.
2.2. Refunds are contingent upon the return of all hair and materials in reasonable condition, as determined by the Company.
2.3. The Client must provide proof of removal (e.g., in-salon verification or approved photographic evidence).
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Dissatisfaction reported after 24 hours of the service appointment.

Hair or products not returned in acceptable condition.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions provided by the Company.

Damage caused by third-party alterations, installations, or negligence.
4. Refund Processing:
4.1. Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used at the time of service, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after confirmation of eligibility and return compliance.

5. Final Authority
The Company reserves the right to determine refund eligibility, condition of returned hair/products, and to deny refunds that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
